Description:
Expansion and renovation of Army Ranger staging complex in two phases. Phase I included construction of IRC Building (approximately 19,000SF), Ranger Rigging Building (approximately 18,000SF), Ranger Warehouse (approximately 15,000SF), several smaller structures, extensive site improvements including a 200,000 gal. elevated water storage tank, and extensive concrete pavements. The IRC, Rigging and Warehouse Buildings all are constructed alike, with reinforced concrete foundations and floor slabs, high bay steel framing, masonry walls, and standing seam metal roofing and siding. Phase II included renovations of an existing building (approximately 33,000SF) including a SIPERNET space, and additional site improvements and concrete pavements.
