R.C. performs a broad range of construction for the different branches of the military. Projects include hangars, maintenance facilities, schools, waste treatment facilities, workhouses,and airfield pavements. Owning two portable concrete plants with two slipform pavers and all support equipment, R.C. places an emphasis on concrete pavement at both military and municipal airfields. Our ability to perform both vertical and horizontal construction provides us the opportunity to bid and perform the most profitable projects and provide a diverse construction experience to our employees. R.C. Construction Co., Inc. was formed in 1986 by Charles Powers to perform military construction in the Southeast U.S.A. With a degree in Building Construction, a law practice, and years of experience in a family-owned business involved in concrete construction, Powers had the solid foundation necessary to build a successful business. In 1990 John Powers, a brother with a Building Construction degree and twenty years of experience in military construction, came onboard to further expand the capabilities of R.C.
